Postpaid Roaming Support & FAQs
Postpaid Customers will only be able to activate or have 2 plans active at same time but only if the plans are for different zones. Example : One 7 day plan for Zone 1, and one 7 day plan for Zone 2
- Postpaid Customers can dial the code *129# and purchase a Roaming data plan while overseas. Postpaid Customers will be charged against their monthly bill.
- Postpaid Customers may visit http://roam.topupflow.com/ and purchase a Roaming Data plan.
Postpaid Mobile Customers who do not subscribe to a Roaming Data plan but connect to data or whose plan data volume is fully utilized before the plan expires will automatically be assigned the default 1-Day plan at US$9.93 (approximately J$1,500) for each 50MB of data used.

When the data volume of your roaming plan is used up before the plan expires, you will still be able to continue using data services as the default daily rate plan will be automatically activated and will allow up to 50MB for US$9.93 (approximately J$1,500).
You can then use as much data as you like and be billed for each 50MB block of data accumulatively once your roaming plan is still active. The charge of US$9.93 will be applied for each 50MB block or part thereof.
Example1.
Ex: Plan is active but volume is used up. Expires in 3 days. Daily rate is US$9.93 for up to 50MB – Zone2
If you have not purchased a plan, all data used will be subject to the charge of US$9.93 (approximately J$1500) for each 50MB of data used. You will be able to use multiple blocks of 50MB daily and will be charged the full fee if all the data is used or part thereof.
Ex: Daily rate is US$9.93 up to 50MB – Zone2
Example 1: Day 1 used 30MB. Day 2 used 20MB.
Day 1 Rate= US$9.93 (less than 50MB)
Day 2 Rate= US$9.93 (less than 50MB)
Total Charge= US$9.93 + US$9.93 = US$19.86 (Approx. J$3,000)
Example 2: 130MB used in a single day.
Used two 50MB complete blocks plus a fraction of 50MB (30MB) which is considered as a third block.
Total Charge= US$9.93 X 3 = US$29.79 (approx. J$4,500)
Example 3: Day 1 used 130MB. Day 2 used 40MB
Day 1 Charge is US$29.79 (i.e. the same as example 2)
Day 2 Charge is US$9.93 (i.e. less than 50MB)
Total Charge= US$29.79 + US$9.93 = US$39.72 (approx.J$6,000)
