How to Activate a Flow Prepaid Plan
Activating your Flow prepaid plan is simple. Choose the plan that works for you, make sure you have enough credit on your account, then use the direct activation code shown on the plan card.
You can also top up your balance first and come back to activate your plan when you are ready.
Notice:
Effective August 24, 2026, Flow Jamaica will update its Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Residential Prepaid mobile voice rates. Calls to both Flow and Digicel mobile and fixed-line numbers will increase by $2 per minute.
