After qualification, here is what you can expect from Quick Connect!

  • Once an appointment is created you will receive a text message and an email.
  • On the day before your appointment, you will be contacted by our courier partner Doorway Express to confirm your availability.
    • You may be asked to provide GPS info/directions to easily locate you.
  • With Quick Connect a delivery driver will drop off your installation kit which can include the following depending on the service you have subscribed to – a modem, Hub Tv boxes, Wi-Fi extender and installation guides.
  • The Quick Connect self- service does not require a technician to install your devices. The delivery driver will only deliver the installation kit with your new equipment and collect your existing equipment.
  • Your devices come pre-activated, just follow the accompanying instructions to connect your equipment.
  • Should you require guidance about the set-up, please call 876-936-3898 or WhatsApp us on 876-620-2200 for assistance; if you require a technician to visit, the standard installation fees apply.
  • On the delivery day once a delivery agent contacts you indicating they are on their way to your address, please remove your existing equipment (cable boxes and MoCA injector along with all their power cords/ DC adaptors) and have it ready for the driver. Removing equipment when contacted is very important as delays affect deliveries to other customers.
  • If you do not hand over the equipment to the delivery driver, please note that you will be responsible for delivering it to the nearest Flow retail store within 10 days.

Follow these four simple steps to install your Flow Modem.

  • Connect coaxial cable that runs inside the home into the back of the modem
  • Plug the power cable into the back of the modem and connect to an electrical outlet
  • Wait 5-10 mins for the modem to start up
  • You can now connect devices wirelessly or use the LAN port located at the back of the modem

Frequently asked questions

The Technician will hand a self-installation kit to the customer at their door and exit the external premises.

Existing customer - Your Billing cycle will continue as usual.

New customer – Billing will start once you activate the service. We encourage you log on to the activation portal to activate your service right away.

Upon installation, eight LEDs on the front of the modem will appear blinking one by one:

A Power LED , down LED ,up LEDonline LED, 2 Wi-Fi LEDs, and
2 telephone LEDs .

Once the first 4 lights become solid, the modem is now ready for use the 2 Wi-Fi LEDs would flash once you
are connected to and using Wi-Fi.

The Telephone LEDs only light if you have Telephone service active, and they blink when the phone is in use.

select option 3.
