We recently identified a technical issue which affected the application of the mandatory Special Call Tax (SCT) for customers who are billed on the 22nd of each month.

This issue has now been resolved. Please note that no retroactive SCT charges will be applied, and billing will resume on your account effective June 22, 2026. For your reference, SCT is applied at the following rates: 

• $0.05 per minute for landline-to-landline calls 
• $0.40 per minute for all other calls (domestic & international originating from the Flow network)

Thank you for your continued loyalty as we work to ensure that the necessary measures are in place to prevent a recurrence.

Effective January 16, 2026, our programming partner Viacom International will be adjusting their channel offerings. As a result, the following channels will be removed from the Flow TV lineup:

• BET Jams
• BET Soul
• CMT Pure Country
• CMTV
• MTV 80s
• MTV Live
• Nick Music
• VH1 (LA)

You can enjoy HBO channels at no additional cost until December 31, 2025. After this period, you will have the option to subscribe to these channels.

Please note that Viacom International may implement additional programming changes, which could include further channel removals. We will share updates as soon as they become available.
