  • Switch to Flow or purchase a 2-Day or higher Prepaid Data, Talk & Text plan.
  • You'll receive a text message with a link to a virtual scratch card. Click the link and follow the instructions to reveal your instant data reward.
  • Every eligible customer who clicks the link will get free any-use data instantly.
  • Plus, every eligible plan activation earns loyalty points. The more points you earn, the bigger the milestone and the better the reward.
  • At the end of the promotion, the top 10 customers with the most points will win cash prizes of up to $500,000.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the provisioning of the ‘Flow “Cash the Riddim” Promotion’ (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) to New, Existing & Switching Residential Prepaid Mobile Customers who subscribe to any Data, Talk and Text plans, from Flow (herein referred to as “The Company”).
  • This promotion is for the period June 25, 2025 – August 31, 2025.
  • Entrants into the Flow “Cash the Riddim” promotion shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • All Customers qualifying for Flow “Cash the Riddim” promotion will be enrolled and sent text messages via their mobile phones and may opt out by going to discoverflow.co/stop or by calling our contact center at 1-800-804-2994 and making a request to be removed from our promotional offers:
  • Offer Message: Ready to win great prizes? Let’s go! Click [link] to SCRATCH & WIN your instant prize! You’ve got (XX) points with this purchase & now have a total of (YY) points.   • New, Existing & Switching Customers activating any Data, Talk and Text plan will receive a text link on their mobile phone that allows them to scratch a virtual card for instant prizes plus gain points which will accumulate, possibly unlocking loyalty rewards.

Instant Prizes

  • Every customer who clicks the link will win a guaranteed instant prize once the card is scratched or reveals automatically after 10 seconds.
  • The prize will be automatically added to the customer’s account. Once the process is successfully completed, a text message is sent to the customer’s mobile number to confirm the addition of the prize - detailing the benefit and duration.

Milestone Prizes

  • Customers who accumulate 15 points or more will automatically receive a loyalty reward, which will be added as soon as they reach an eligible point range. A confirmation SMS will be sent with the details of the reward.
  • A customer can only receive one reward per loyalty level.
  • Customers must earn additional points to move through the first to the fourth loyalty level.
  • At the fourth and final level (Diamond), customers will continue to win instant prizes and earn points from purchasing an eligible plan, even after receiving the highest loyalty reward. These points will increase their chances of winning one of the grand prizes.

Grand Prizes

  • At the end of the promotion, ten (10) customers with the highest points will win cash prizes ranging from one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000). These winners will be called from a list of twenty (20) customers with the highest points.
  • Customers will be notified via SMS of their cash grand prize winnings the day after the promotion ends, September 1, 2025.

How to Claim Your Cash Prize

  • Cash prize winners will be advised to gather the relevant documents for payment to be made. They will also be invited to 2-6 Carlton Crescent, Kingston 10 where the submission of the documents and a symbolic cheque handover will be done. From there, their photo and video will be taken. Winners may be paid via any of the following methods – Bill Express or direct transfer within 6 weeks of submitting all relevant documents.
  • The name on the documents submitted must match the name on the account for the mobile number that was selected for payment to be made. If the names do not match, customers will forfeit the claim for a cash prize. Required documents include an ID copy, a bank statement copy, and an ePayment form, which will be provided to the customer for completion.
  • Every customer will be required to sign the Prize Receipt form upon collection of the prize.

Prepaid Mobile Customers

  • New, Existing & Switching Residential Prepaid Customers with an activated 2-Day, 5-Day, 7-Day, 14-Day, 28-Day or 30-Day Data, Talk & Text plan will receive a website link to a virtual scratchcard to get an instant reward of extra data plus points to potentially win a loyalty level reward and a grand prize.
  • A Switching customer is one who ports a Prepaid mobile service from Digicel to Flow.
  • Prepaid Switching Customers will receive a free 28-Day Data, Talk & Text plan making them eligible to receive a text message with a link to a virtual scratchcard plus points.
  • Participants will be required to click the link to the virtual scratchcard shared via text and use their finger(s) to scratch. All text messages for this promotion are sent from “FlowLoyalty”.
  • The link will always be available for customers to click and scratch the card during the promotional period. If the link is selected after the promotion has ended, a promotion expiration note will be displayed.
  • Once a customer scratches the card, the instant network gift will be revealed, and a text message is sent to the customer’s mobile number to confirm the addition of the reward - detailing the benefit and duration.
  • If the link is selected again after a prize has already been redeemed, a message will be sent advising the customer that the reward has already been claimed:
  • Ooops! Your reward was already redeemed. Purchase another 2-Day or higher Data, Talk & Text Plan to win MORE instant prizes + points to win cash & more!
  • The grand prize winners will receive a text message detailing their prize and will also be called by a Flow Representative within 3 business days (Monday to Friday) and advised how and when to collect their prize.
  • The Prepaid data reward may be used for any data transaction: streaming, surfing, Apps and more.
  • The Prepaid credit reward may be used for making calls, sending texts or plan purchases.
  • All prepaid rewards of data or credit will be added to the customer’s account within 24 hours of selecting the promotion link and scratching the card.
  • There is a limit of one link per telephone number after each purchase of a qualifying prepaid plan, and customers can only benefit once from each link received for the instant prize.
  • Upon expiration of the reward of data, prepaid customers will be billed at the standard PAYGO rates, where there is no active plan. If there is an active plan, data and voice usage will be decremented from the respective plan balance(s).
  • For the prepaid data reward, a text notification is sent at 60%, 80% and 100% usage:
  • 60% Usage: You have used 60% of your bonus data allotment and have [X]MB remaining
  • 80% Usage: You have used 80% of your bonus data allotment and have [X]MB remaining
  • 100% Usage: Please note that you have reached 100% of your bonus data
  • If the customer has an active data/voice plan at the time the reward is added, the benefits of the reward will be used first. Once the reward benefits have been exhausted or have expired, usage will continue from the active prepaid plan.
  • All prepaid prizes are for local usage only and are not applicable while roaming.

General Conditions

  • A computerized programme (Messangi Digital Engagement Platform) will be used to identify the grand prize winners based on the total accumulated points. Twenty (20) customers with the highest points will be identified, listed in descending order, but there will only be ten (10) winners from the call-outs made.
  • In a top-down list order, a maximum of five (5) calls will be made to each selected customer. If the phone rings without an answer for up to 1 minute, is busy after five (5) tries or goes directly to voicemail, the customer will forfeit the claim to a prize, and we will proceed to the next customer on the list until an eligible winner is found.
  • Customers must have a data-enabled handset to participate.
  • Flow accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the Flow collection centres).
  • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  • Flow accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Flow.
  • Flow retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available upon consultation with and approval by the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission.
  • Flow shall not be liable for warranty for any of the prizes provided in this promotion.
  • If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited.
  • Prize winners may be required to participate in promotional activity and the winner shall participate in such activity on Flow’s reasonable request.
  • The winner consents to the use by Flow and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the promotion for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Flow and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Flow “Cash the Riddim” promotion, all entrants consent to the same.
  • Flow shall use your personal data as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering Flow “Cash the Riddim” promotion, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Flow “Cash the Riddim” promotion entry.

  • Flow accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Flow “Cash the Riddim” promotion or accepting the prize. Flow further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or mobile device(s) relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Flow “Cash the Riddim” promotion.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Flow for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
  • Flow shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, pandemic, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
  • Flow reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Flow (Cash the Riddim) promotion with or without prior notice (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Flow in all matters under its control is final and binding prior to approval from BGLC.
  • Employees of Flow, its authorized dealers, auditors, business partners, any affiliates, and the immediate families of the above-named groups; that is their parents, spouse or children are ineligible for participation in this promotion.

  • All customers who win a grand prize must confirm that they are over 18 to collect their cash prize. The customer must present a valid government-issued ID (Driver’s Licence, Voters ID or Passport) and the handset with the grand prize confirmation SMS.

NOTIFICATION/REDEMPTION OF PRIZES

  • Instant data or credit prizes are considered claimed once the virtual card is scratched or auto-reveals the reward. A confirmation SMS will be sent once the prize is assigned.
  • For milestone prizes, the data or credit will be automatically applied once a customer accumulates enough points to reach a predefined point range. A confirmation SMS with reward details will be sent.
  • Cash prize winners will be contacted by a Flow representative within three (3) business days (Monday–Friday) after the promotion ends. Contact will be made in descending order from the top 20 list, with up to five (5) call attempts per customer. If the call goes unanswered for one (1) minute, is busy after five tries, or goes directly to voicemail, the customer will forfeit the prize, and the next eligible person on the list will be contacted until an eligible winner is reached.
  • Cash prize winners will be asked to prepare the necessary documents required for payment. They will also be invited to 2–6 Carlton Crescent, Kingston 10, for the document submission and a symbolic cheque presentation. Payments will be made via Bill Express or direct bank transfer within six (6) weeks of receiving all required documents.
  • The name on the submitted documents must match the name on the account associated with the winning mobile number. If the names do not match, the customer will forfeit their claim to the cash prize. Required documents include a valid government-issued ID (Driver’s Licence, Voter’s ID, or Passport), a copy of a bank statement, and a completed ePayment form, which will be provided to the customer.
