HOW TO ENTER 

 

  1. Switch to Flow or purchase a 2-Day or higher Unlimited Talk, Text and Social mobile plan  

  1. You will then receive a text message with a website link to a virtual gift box which will reveal a Free Gift. 

  1. In addition, customers who Switch to Flow and existing customers who activate a 2-Day or higher plan will automatically be entered into the pool of potential cash & tangible prize weekly winners. Five winners will be selected weekly. 

  1. Customers can increase their chances of winning by purchasing entries into the weekly draw. Each entry costs $50. 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 

Eligibility  

  

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern the provisioning of the Christmas is Winning promotion (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) to Existing Prepaid Mobile Customers who subscribe to a 2-Day and higher Unlimited Talk, Text and Social plan from FLOW (herein referred to as “The Company”) and New Switching Prepaid Customers.  

  1. This promotion is for the period November 23, 2023, to January 3, 2024.  

  1.  Entrants into the weekly Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.  

  1. All Customers qualifying for the Christmas is Winning promotion will be enrolled and sent text messages via their mobile phones and may opt-out by calling our contact centre at 1-800-804-2994 and making a request to be removed from our promotional offers.  

  1. Existing customers activating the Prepaid Unlimited Talk, Text and Social plan and new switching customers will receive a text link on their mobile phone that allows them to open a virtual gift box to access instant prizes and gain entries into a weekly draw.   

  1. The number of entries into the weekly draw is determined by the value of the qualifying plan: For each eligible Prepaid plan purchased or activated, the customer will receive a single entry for every $50. 

  1. Entries will not be allocated based on the total cost of separate plan purchases. E.g. The entry value is $50 which means that a transaction of $430 and another transaction of $430 will give the customer 18 entries (9 per transaction), and not 17 from the spent total of $860. The general rule of rounding up is applied. 

  1. Additional entries can be purchased for $50 by sending a message (any character) to the short code 1876-444-4238. 

 

 Instant Prizes  

  

  1. Every customer that clicks the link will automatically win an instant prize once the box is tapped or if the box opens automatically after 10 seconds.  

  1. The prize will be automatically added to the customer’s account in the case of a data or credit prize. Once the process is successfully completed, a text message is sent to the customer’s mobile number to confirm the addition of the prize - detailing the benefit and duration.    

 

   

Weekly Grand Prizes 

  

  1. Each week, five (5) winners will be drawn randomly from the pool of entries to win cash, supermarket vouchers, smartwatches and earbuds. 

  1. A customer can only win a weekly grand prize once during the promotional period. 

  1. A Random Selector software will be used to select the weekly winner.  

  1. Weekly entries are not eligible for subsequent weekly draws unless the Customer buys another plan and gets re-entered into the draw.  

  

How to Claim Your Prize 

  

  1.  Winners of a weekly grand prize will be sent a text message via their mobile phone advising them that they have won a prize, detailing the prize, and advising them that they will be called within 3 business days with information on how to collect their prize.  

  1. Weekly Prize Collection 

Cash Prizes: Cash prize winners will be advised to submit the relevant documents for payment to be made. They will also be invited to 2-6 Carlton Crescent, Kingston 10 where the submission of the documents and a symbolic cheque handover will be done. From there, their photo and video will be taken. The name on the documents submitted must match the name on the account for the mobile number that was selected for payment to be made. If the names do not match, customers will be required to have the name on the account changed. To get this done, they must go to the nearest Flow store and successfully pass a verification process. Winners will be paid by direct deposit within 6 weeks after submission of all the relevant documents. 

   

Non-Cash Prizes: Customers will be advised of the closest Redemption Centre and arrangements will be made for the Customer to visit the location to collect their prize.   

  1. The winner will be required to provide the following information when collecting their prize. 

  • Full Name 

  • Qualifying Mobile Number 

  • A valid government issued ID (Driver’s Licence, Passport or Voters ID) 

  • The mobile phone with the tangible prize confirmation SMS   

  1. Every winner of the weekly prize will be required to collect their prize no later than fourteen (14) trading days (Monday to Saturday) from the date of contact by the Flow Representative or the prize will be forfeited. 

  1. Every Customer will be required to sign the Prize Receipt form upon collection of the prize. 

 

 

New & Existing Prepaid Mobile Customers  

  

  1. Existing Prepaid Customers who purchase an Unlimited Talk, Text and Social 2Day, 5Day, 7Day, 14Day, 28-Day(10GB), 28-Day (14GB) or 30-Day Unlimited Talk, Text and Social Mobile Plan will receive a website link to a virtual gift box to get an instant network prize and entries into the weekly draw.  

  1. A switching customer is one who ports a Prepaid mobile service from Digicel to Flow. 

  1. New Prepaid Switching Customers will receive a free 30-Day Unlimited Talk, Text and Social plan making them eligible to receive a text message with a link to a virtual gift box plus entries into the weekly draw. 

  1. Participant will be required to click the link to the virtual gift box shared via text and use their finger(s) to tap the gift box to open. All text messages for this promotion are sent from “Flow Gift”. 

  1. The link will always be available for customers to open the gift box during the promotional period. If the link is selected after the promotion has ended, a promotion expiration note will be displayed. 

  1. Once a prize is redeemed, the prize is revealed and will be automatically added to your account in the case of a data or credit prize. Once the process is successfully completed, a text message is sent to your mobile number to confirm the addition of the prize - detailing the benefit and duration  

  1. If a link is selected again after a prize has already been redeemed, a message will be sent advising the customer that the reward was already claimed. 

  1. If a tangible weekly prize is won, you will receive a text message detailing your prize. You will also be called by a Flow Representative within 3 business days and advised how and when to collect your prize  

  1. The Prepaid data prize may be used for any data transaction: streaming, surfing, apps and more.  

  1. The Prepaid credit prize may be used for making calls, sending texts or plan purchases.  

  1. All Prepaid prize of data or credit will be added to the customer’s account within 24 hours of selecting the promotion link, playing the game and claiming your prize.  

  1. There is a limit of one link per telephone number after each purchase of a qualifying prepaid plan, and customers can only benefit once from each link received for the instant prize.  

  1. Upon expiration of the prize of data, prepaid customers will be billed at the standard PAYGO rates, where there is no active plan. If there is an active plan, data and voice usage will be decremented from the respective plan balance(s).  

  1. For the prepaid data prize, a text notification is sent at 60%, 80% and 100% of usage.  

  1. If the customer has an active data/voice plan at the time the prize is added, the benefits of the prize will be used first. Once the prize benefits have been exhausted or have expired, usage will continue from the active prepaid plan.  

  1. All prepaid prizes are for local usage only and are not applicable while roaming. 

  

 General Conditions  

  

  1. Customers must have a data enabled handset to participate  

  1. When contacted by telephone, if it rings without an answer for up to 1 minute, is busy after five (5) tries or goes directly to voicemail the winner will forfeit their claim to a prize.  

  1. FLOW accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the FLOW collection centres).  

  1. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.  

  1. FLOW accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by FLOW.  

  1. FLOW retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available upon consultation with the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission.  

  1. Flow shall not be liable for warranty for any of the prizes provided in this promotion.  

  1.  If a winner rejects the prize, or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited.  

  1. Prize winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on FLOW’s reasonable request.  

  1. The winner consents to the use by FLOW and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the promotion for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by FLOW and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Christmas is Winning promotion, all entrants consent to the same.  

  1. FLOW shall use your personal data as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Christmas promotion, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Christmas is Winning promotion entry.   

  1. By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive emails from FLOW containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.  

  1. FLOW accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Christmas is Winning promotion or accepting the prize. FLOW further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or mobile device(s) relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Christmas is Winning promotion  

  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of FLOW for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.  

  1. FLOW shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, pandemic, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.  

  1. Pending approval from BGLC, FLOW reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Christmas is Winning promotion with or without prior notice (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).  

  1. Employees of Flow, its authorized dealers, auditors, business partners, any affiliates, and the immediate families of the above-named groups; that is their parents, spouse or children are ineligible for participation in this promotion.  

  1. Flow Standard terms and conditions for Prepaid services apply. 

  1. All customers who win a tangible prize, must confirm that they are over 18 in order to collect the tangible prizeThe customer must present a valid government issued ID (Driver’s Licence, Voters ID or Passport) and the handset with the tangible prize confirmation SMS

NOTIFICATION/REDEMPTION OF PRIZES 

 

Customers will be contacted by a Flow Representative within 3 business days (Monday – Friday) of receiving the prize text message and advised when and how to collect the prize. 

 

Once contacted, Non-Cash prize winners will be asked to select a redemption centre in which they can collect their prize. Cash Prize winners will be advised to submit the relevant documents for payments to be made.  

 

Customers will be asked to take with them a valid government issued ID (Driver’s Licence, Voters ID or Passport) and the handset with tangible prize confirmation SMS. 

 

Customers are required to collect their prize within fourteen (14) trading days (Monday to Saturday) from call is received from a Flow rep or the prize will be forfeited. 

 

Flow will retain any prize not collected within the stipulated period. 

 

A maximum of five (5) calls will be made to the selected winners. If it rings without an answer for up to 1 minute, is busy after five (5) tries or goes directly to voicemail the winner will forfeit their claim to a prize. 

 

A data or credit prize is considered claimed once the gift box is tapped revealing the prize won and the confirmation SMS is received. Once customer taps the box to open, the prize will be assigned.
