Service Update: Changes to your Flow TV Channels

Dear Valued Customer,
We have an important update about your Flow TV lineup.

What’s changing?
Our entertainment partner, Viacom International, is adjusting their channel offerings across the region to provide programming that best suits your viewing preferences. As part of this change, effective January 16, 2026, the following channels will no longer be available on Flow TV: 
•    BET Jams
•    BET Soul
•    CMT Pure Country
•    CMTV
•    MTV 80s
•    MTV Live
•    Nick Music
•    VH1, LA

What else should I expect? 
Viacom International may make additional changes to their program offerings, which may include additional channel removals. You can count on us to keep you updated on all changes as soon as possible.
