Handset Financing Terms and Conditions

  • Applicable to Residential Prepaid Mobile Subscribers.
  • Customer is required to sign a contract for up to 6 months.
  • Customer must purchase the specific mobile device on this offer.
  • Customer will benefit from a discounted price on the device and will be required to purchase a Flow 28-Day or 30-Day Data, Talk and Text Plan to benefit from this offer.
  • Customer is required to renew the Flow 28-Day Plan every 28 days and the 30-Day Plan every 30 days for the duration of the contract.
  • Failure to renew the required plan will result in the device being blocked for all activities except to receive incoming calls and access to the *129# USSD Main Menu.
  • Blocking of the device means no access to make calls, send SMS or data related activities.
  • Devices will remain blocked as long as the terms of the contract remains broken.
  • Customers will be sent text notification reminders once the Flow 28-Day or 30-Day plan purchase becomes overdue and prior to the device being blocked
  • Device will be automatically unblocked when the required plan is renewed.
  • Customers are required to have a data connection either by WIFI or mobile internet at all times otherwise the mobile device will be automatically blocked after 15 days of no data connectivity.
  • Customers will be legally obligated to pay the balance on early termination in the following circumstances if they,
  • Switch from Prepaid to Postpaid on Flow’s network
  • Port out to another network
  • Enter into an agreement with Flow to pay out the remaining balance on the contract.
  • Early termination fees will be calculated as determined by Flow and Customer will be required to pay upfront and in full.
  • Early Termination fees will be paid toward the device rather than the purchase of a data plan.
  • Device will also be blocked when a non- Flow Sim is inserted into the device.
  • Device will be blocked when any Flow Sim other than the contract SIM/Number is inserted into the device.
