To register, download the MyFlow app from your device's app store. Open the app and follow the instructions to create an account using your email address or phone number.

  1. Check your spam or junk mail folders.
  2. Make sure you entered your email address or phone number correctly.
  3. Refresh your inbox.
  4. Click on "resend code" on the Flow ID registration page.
  5. If the problem persists, contact technical support.

Log in to MyFlow App and select the option to link your account. Enter your account number and the email address you provided when you registered with Flow.

  • Make sure you enter the code correctly, without spaces.
  • Click on "resend code" to receive a new code and try again.
  • If the problem persists, contact technical support.

Your account number is located at the top left of all your bills, described as "Account No."

Log in to MyFlow App, select the bill payment option, choose the bill you want to pay, and follow the instructions to complete the payment with your debit or credit card.

Make sure you entered your account number and email address correctly. If the problem persists, contact technical support for assistance.
