Effective October 1, 2026
Over the past year, we’ve made significant investments in our network, rebuilding our infrastructure, services, and digital experience to keep you connected wherever you are. We’ve also built a storm-ready network that is stronger and more resilient than ever, with satellite backup, Mobile-to-Satellite capability, and Wi-Fi Backup Sticks available for customers with both fixed and mobile services.
To continue funding improvements like these, we will be making adjustments to our plans effective October 1, 2026:

Depending on the service and plan, customers may receive faster internet speeds, upgraded broadband plans, enhanced internet performance and greater flexibility. Customers will also see a price adjustment.
No. All impacted customers will automatically experience the adjustments by October 2, 2026. The customer’s services will continue uninterrupted with the new changes.
The price adjustment reflects investments made to our network to ensure improved services such as VoWi-Fi, VoLTE, 5G, Emergency messaging, Wi-Fi backup and more. Our goal is to keep your service dependable, fast, and ready for what's next. This adjustment allows us to keep delivering on that commitment.
Customers who wish to discuss their options connect with us via the contact centre or visit a Retail store. The team will be happy to review available options and help guide customers through the changes.
No, a customer cannot opt out of the price increase imposed on their plan. They may opt to change to a more affordable option where applicable. The team will be happy to review available options and help guide customers through the changes.

Estimated Savings Comparison
Calculation of Estimated Savings
The actual amount paid by a customer may differ based on the customer’s plan, billing cycle, account status, service combination, applicable taxes, discounts and other account-specific circumstances.
Estimated savings are calculated by subtracting the applicable monthly price of the selected Flow plan from the publicly advertised monthly price of the identified comparable competitor plan.
Monthly and annual savings are estimates only. Annual savings, where shown, are generally calculated by multiplying the estimated monthly savings by 12.
Pricing Exclusions
Broadband Plan
Broadband plans are compared primarily based on advertised download speed.
For customers with Flow broadband bundled with television, fixed voice or another service, the estimated savings may relate only to the broadband component unless otherwise stated. Other bundled services may be excluded where their content, features or structures are not directly comparable.
Mobile Postpaid Plan
Mobile postpaid plans are compared primarily based on the monthly data allowance included in each plan.
Where a customer receives both Flow mobile and broadband services, the comparison may be based on the closest comparable combination of publicly available services from competitors.
