For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Flow” refers to the company providing the loyalty reward. “Gift Me” refers to the partner entity participating in this promotion, responsible for owning and distributing the reward in the form of E-Vouchers. The term “existing residential customer” denotes an individual holding an active Flow account for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.
The promotional period is March 17, 2025 – December 31, 2026.
This promotion is open to existing residential broadband customers who activate an eligible mobile plan during the promotional period.
To qualify for the loyalty reward, existing customers must be in good financial standing, with no outstanding balances, no bad debt, or any other overdue payments on their account.
Eligible mobile plans under this promotion include Flow’s 30GB Standalone Postpaid Plan, Unlimited Standalone Postpaid Plan, Ya’ad & Road or Ya’ad & Road Plus.
Plan activation is defined as the point at which the customer has paid all applicable fees, and the qualifying service is successfully activated.
Customers who have terminated or unsubscribed from Flow’s Broadband services within twelve (12) months prior to the start date of this promotion are not eligible to participate.
Customers who sign up agree to pay the rates (including GCT & Special Telephone Call Tax) applicable to that service.
This offer may be combined with other promotional offers as determined by Flow.
A customer is entitled to receive only one (1) loyalty reward under this promotion.
Flow reserves the right to amend or discontinue this offer at any time.
This promotion is open to existing residential broadband customers who activate an eligible postpaid mobile plan during the offer period and meet predefined criteria.
To be eligible for a loyalty reward, existing customers must be in good financial standing, with no outstanding balances, no bad debt, or any other overdue payments on their account.

Customers must pay their first bill after plan activation in full and on time (on or before the bill due date) to qualify for a supermarket card in this promotion.

Under this promotion, the loyalty reward will be issued in the form of an e-gift card, which may be utilized for the purchase of goods at designated participating retailers.
An e-gift card will be available in denomination of depending on the offer.
The value of the e-gift card issued to a customer is subject to the customer’s tenure with Flow and the customer’s monthly recurring charge.
The issuance and corresponding value of e-gift card for qualified customers shall remain at the sole discretion of Flow.
The Flow account holder is required to provide a valid email address and contact number to claim the reward.
Upon accepting the loyalty reward, you acknowledge and agree that Gift Tech Limited (“Giftme”), along with its employees, agents, and representatives, will process and use your personal data to provide you with a supermarket card as part of the Flow Loyalty promotion. You also acknowledge that Giftme will act as a Data Controller with respect to your personal data in relation to the creation of your Giftme account and the subsequent provision of the QR code for your supermarket card. After receiving notification from Flow, customers have up to 60 days to claim the voucher online.
If the value remains unclaimed after 60 days, the customer forfeits the value, which will then become the property of Flow.
The gift card expires one (1) year after its date. of issue and any unused amount shall not be claimed by the customer after the voucher expiry date.
The gift card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance. For such a transaction you will be required to pay the difference by another method.
New and existing customers will be required to remain subscribed to the new service for a minimum period of twelve (12) months. If the customer disconnects the service prior to the end of the twelve (12) months, they will be charged an early termination fee based on the value of the remaining months.
