As we strive to enhance and improve our product offerings, we are adjusting the rate on our 28-day 12GB and 16GB Prepaid plans effective June 11, 2024. 

These changes will allow us to deliver more value through our Unlimited YouTube, talk, text and social plans by adding extra data. We are also expanding and improving our mobile network while keeping these adjustments minimal.

Yes, only the 7-Day, 14-Day, 28 Day_40GB, 28 Day_60GB and 30-Day Plan prices will be discounted once you allow auto renewal or if you top up and repurchase the same plan within 48hrs after the plan expires. Plus, you will be allowed to roll over your unused data from your primary data balance.

Also, please note that plans purchased via the topupflow app and www.topupflow website will not benefit from a further auto renewal discount. All auto renewals where the initial purchase was done via topupflow will be charged at the regular topupflow prices while the promotion lasts.

Once you auto renew your 2-Day and 5-Day plans, you will maintain the regular plan price however you will still get the great benefit of roll over of your unused data from your primary data balance.

Yes, you will receive a text reminder 24 and 48 hours before auto-renewal of the 5-Day, 7-Day, 14-Day,28-Day and 30Day Plans and a 24-hour reminder on the 2-Day Plan. You will also be sent text message reminders within the 48hr grace period where applicable.

The Fair Usage Policy will vary based on the plan to which you have subscribed. Once you have reached our acceptable normal usage limit, you will be notified via text message.

  • Once you have 100% of your primary data you will be notified by text and you will be throttled to 2G speeds until your plan expires.
  • Once you have reached the fair usage limit for your talk and text benefits, usage thereafter will be billed at pay per use rates.

Flow has developed this Fair Use Policy along with our Acceptable Use Policy which governs the use of our network while on this plan. We set limits on the plan based on our acceptable normal customer usage to ensure that customers have equitable access to our network and to provide the best quality of service to a maximum number of our customers. No, you will be required to top up and manually re-purchase your 7-Day, 14-Day, 28-Day, or 30-Day Plan within the grace period window to benefit from the discount.

If this happens, the auto renewal process will fail, and a text message alert will be sent to your phone, however you will still have a 48hr. grace period on select plans where you can top up and re purchase your plan to receive your special discount as well as your rollover data benefits. To re-purchase your plan you may use any of the following options;

Yes, it will, and the applicable plans will have the added benefit of a discounted price once you auto renew! Your Data, Talk and Text Plans will auto-renew at the date and time your plan expires once you have enough credit to complete the transaction. However, we also allow you a grace period on some of our plans, where if you top up within 48hrs after the plan expires and you re-purchase the same plan, you will still benefit from the discounted price plus be allowed rollover of your unused data from your primary data balance!

No, your unused benefits from another plan will not rollover if you activate one of the Data Talk and Text Plans.

Your unused primary data allotment will roll over to your current plan up to a maximum of 3 times your plan volume if the plan is auto renewed or re-purchased before it expires. 

e.g. If you purchase the 2Day plan that gives you 12GB of primary data and you have rollover data at time of expiration, you will only be allowed to roll over a maximum of 36GB on that plan, if you keep the auto-renew active or repurchase the plan each time before it expires.

Rollover does not apply to the 30-Day Plan. 

These adjustments become effective on July 11th 2024

The price increases will affect our 28-day local Unlimited Talk Text and Social Plans, however, they will get an increase in the primary data volumes for all the plans.
