General Terms and Conditions of Flow’s Estimated Savings Comparison

1. These terms and conditions are based on the estimated savings on your Flow plan compared to a similar publicly advertised competitor’s standard plan in Jamaica as at August 31, 2026.

2. Customers should consult the relevant competitor’s published channels for current pricing, service availability, plan details and applicable terms.

3. Comparisons are based on estimated savings from standard, publicly advertised plan prices and information available through competitors’ official websites. Competitor prices and plan information are obtained from publicly available sources and are subject to change without notice.

4. These estimated comparison savings are based on selected plan features and pricing only and do not reflect all differences between the plans compared.

5. Individual estimated savings may vary as Flow identifies the closest comparable plan using the primary service features.  

6. Plans may vary in network coverage, performance, data allowances, applicable taxes, fair usage, device options, international services, promotional offers, customer migration, plan features, contract terms, fees and other applicable conditions.

Plan comparisons also do not include:

• Promotional, introductory or limited-time pricing

• Loyalty, retention or negotiated discounts

• Corporate, partner or special-group rates

• Device financing or handset costs

• Installation, activation or equipment charges

• Deposits or one-time fees

• Early termination charges

• Usage outside the plan allowance

• Roaming or international charges

• Optional add-ons or premium services

• Applicable taxes, including GCT

• Other account-specific charges, credits or discounts

7. Calculation of Estimated Savings

The details of our basis of comparison for our broadband and mobile plans are set out below:

• The actual amount paid by a customer may differ based on the customer’s plan, billing cycle, account status, service combination, applicable taxes, discounts and other account-specific circumstances.

• Estimated savings are calculated by subtracting the applicable monthly price of the selected Flow plan from the publicly advertised monthly price of the identified comparable competitor plan.

• Monthly and annual savings are estimates only. Annual savings, where shown, are generally calculated by multiplying the estimated monthly savings by 12.

• Taxes are excluded from the prices and savings shown.

• Savings may be rounded to the nearest Jamaican dollar.

• Calculations are based on standard monthly plan prices.

• Savings do not represent cash payments, credits or guaranteed future savings.

8. Pricing Exclusions

Broadband Plans

Broadband plans are compared primarily based on advertised download speed.

• Where an equivalent download speed is publicly available from a competitor, that plan is used for comparison.

• Where an exact equivalent is unavailable, the next available plan with a comparable or higher advertised download speed may be used.

• Upload speeds, network technology, equipment, service availability, installation requirements and other plan features may differ and may not form part of the comparison.

For Customers with Flow broadband bundled with television, fixed voice or another service, the estimated savings may relate only to the broadband component unless otherwise stated. Other bundled services may be excluded where their content, features or structures are not directly comparable.

Mobile Postpaid Plans

• Mobile postpaid plans are compared primarily based on the monthly data allowance included in each plan.

• Where an equivalent data allowance is publicly available from a competitor, that plan is used for comparison.

• Where an exact equivalent is unavailable, the next available plan with a comparable or higher data allowance may be used.

• Call minutes, text messages, roaming, network access, device benefits and other included services may differ and may not form part of the comparison.

For Customers who receive both Flow mobile and broadband services, the comparison may be based on the closest comparable combination of publicly available services from competitors.
