The new bundle offers unlimited calls to local landline and mobile numbers. However, a Fair Usage Policy applies that includes 1000 minutes to local Flow landline & mobile numbers and 500 minutes to local Digicel landline & mobile numbers.

If your call usage exceeds the number of minutes included in the bundle, you will be charged for the excess minutes at the standard rates for calls to local landline and mobile numbers.

The new bundle, offers download speeds of up to 15Mbps and upload speeds of up to 3Mbps.

Yes. Customers in and out of plan usage charges are subject to all applicable telecommunication taxes including 25% General Consumption tax (GCT) and the special telephone call tax of 5cents per minute on applicable outgoing calls from a fixed line telephone which will also attract 25% GCT. 

No, your existing plan will be pro-rated up to the start date of the new plan which will also be at a pro-rated amount.

This plan will be available island-wide; however, we may encounter limitations due to distance related matters that may affect the delivery of the service.

The HBO GO Bundle, has now been enhanced with new features to make the package more dynamic for customers. The enhancements to the bundle include:

• Internet connection with download speeds between up to 25Mbps and 50Mbps upload speeds between 3Mbps up to 50Mbps
• Introduction of a Curiosity Stream App
• 1000 On-Net Voice Minutes (Flow Fixed & Flow Mobile)
• 500 Off-Net Voice Minutes (Digicel Fixed & Digicel Mobile)

Yes. However, you will be billed at the standard rates for calls outside of your specified international destinations.

Yes, new sign-ups will be required to pay a deposit based on your Credit Score.
