Loyalty Offers

VISA PROMO TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLAN DISCOUNT

a.       Offer available to new residential customers, who sign-up to the Ya’ad & Road or Ya’ad & Road Plus plans during the promotion period: August 15, 2024 – September 15, 2024.

b.       The plan activation is defined as the customer having paid any applicable fees and service installation completed.

c.       The discount of $1,000 over 3 months is applied to the customer’s monthly bills.

d.       At the end of the 3-month discount period, standard plan cost for Ya’ad & Road, Ya’ad & Road Plus will begin.

e.       Customers who have unsubscribed from Flow Broadband or postpaid services within thirty (30) days of the start date of this promotion are ineligible.

f.        Customers who activate Ya’ad & Road or Ya’ad & Road Plus and subsequently downgrade to a lower plan will not maintain the $1,000 discount benefit.

 

FLOW GIFT CARD

General

Your Flow Gift Card (“Card”) is a JMMB Visa Card issued by Flow. In these terms and conditions, You are the Flow customer accepting the Card, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

a.       The Offer is available to new or existing residential customers, who sign-up to the Ya’ad & Road or Ya’ad & Road Plus plans during the promotion period: August 15, 2024 – Sept 15, 2024.

b.       An “existing customer” refers to an individual who has had an active Flow broadband account for more than 30 days.

c.       Customers who have unsubscribed to Flow broadband services within thirty (30) days of the start date of this promotion are ineligible.

d.       This offer can be combined with other promotional offers as determined by Flow.

e.       Flow reserves the right to amend or discontinue this offer at any time.

Qualification Criteria

a.       New or existing Customers activating the Ya’ad & Road or Ya’ad & Road Plus plan, must be installed to qualify.

b.       Customers can only claim one (1) Card even if this offer is combined with any other as determined by Flow.

c.       Existing Customers upgrading to Ya’ad & Road or Ya’ad & Road Plus must be in good standing with Flow to qualify for a Card in this promotion.

 

 

Card Collection

a.       For the Cards to be processed the Customer must provide a valid government issued ID, TRN, Contact number and email address.

b.       Customers will be notified by Flow via email and text message as soon as the Card is ready for pick up.

c.       Customers must present a valid government issued ID to collect the Card.

d.       The Cards will be collected at select Flow stores.

e.       Only the Card holder/account holder will be allowed to collect the Card.

f.        After receiving notification from Flow, customers have up to 30 days to pick up the Card in store. If the Card is not collected within the 30-day period, the Customer forfeits the Card benefit.

g.       Flow will never ask you to pay additional funds to collect Cards outside of the promotion terms.

 

Card Responsibilities and Usage

a.       The Card is issued by JMMB Bank (Jamaica) Limited. By activating and using the Card, the cardholder agrees to JMMB’s Cardholder Agreement which can be found at: https://bit.ly/JMMB-Flow

b.       The Card can only be used where VISA is accepted for electronic transactions. Authorisations may be declined by merchants who elect not to accept the card.

c.       The cardholder will be legally bound by the terms and conditions as set out by VISA. This information is available on the JMMB website at https://jm.jmmb.com/our-service#card

d.       Once the Card is issued, You are responsible for safe keeping. Flow shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of the Card. You are responsible for all transactions on the Card, except where it has been determined that such fraud has occurred due to an occurrence either by a merchant, JMMB or Flow. Flow shall not be liable for any occurrence that is outside of its reasonable control to be solely determined by Flow.

e.       You are required to report customer service or emergency issues to the number listed on the back of the Card.

f.        You are responsible for checking your transaction history, knowing the available balance and date of expiry for the Card.

g.       The Card is non-reloadable; additional value cannot be added to the Card. The Card cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash, nor can the value be transferred.

h.       The Card expires one (1) year after its date of issue and any unused amount shall not be claimed by the cardholder after the Card’s expiry date.

i.         Some merchants may impose transaction fees, which may be deducted from the balance of the Card. Flow will cover merchant fees up to J$100 and Flow shall not be liable for any additional deductions for merchant fees.

j.         The Card is not a credit card nor is it linked to a deposit account with us or JMMB.

k.       The Card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance. For such a transaction you will be required to pay the difference by another method if the merchant agrees.

 

DATA PRIVACY

By participating in this promotion, You acknowledge and agree that Flow, its employees, agents, and representatives will process, use and disclose your personal data, including sensitive data such as biometric data (jointly “Personal Data”) to JMMB for the purpose of entering into a contract for a Gift Card, in the event that You successfully meet the qualification criteria for Flow’s Ya’ad & Road or Ya’ad & Road Plus promotion. You also acknowledge that information on how Flow processes your Personal Data, including how to exercise your data protection rights as detailed in our Privacy Policy at https://discoverflow.co/jamaica/customer-privacy-policy.

 

Upon your acceptance of JMMB’s Cardholder Agreement, JMMB will become a Data Controller with respect to your Personal Data as it relates to your use of the Card and the Cardholder Agreement.  EARLY TERMINATION

a.       New and existing customers will be required to remain subscribed to the new broadband plan (Ya’ad & Road or Ya’ad & Road Plus) for a minimum period of twelve (12) months. If the Customer disconnects the service prior to the end of the twelve (12) months, they will be charged an early termination fee for the remaining months.

b.       The early termination fees are outlined below:
