Christmas Promotions - Terms & Conditions

• This promotion is available to residential customers, who sign-up for a NEW Broadband service: Ya’ad & Road  or Ya’ad & Road Plus, Nov 1- Dec 31, 2023. ​

• Customers that have unsubscribed to our Broadband services within thirty (30) days of the start date of this promotion, are ineligible for this promotion and applicable discount.​

• A ‘sign up’ is defined as the customer having paid any applicable fees and the services being installed.​

• Customers who sign up agree to pay the rates (inclusive of GCT & Special Telephone Call Tax) applicable to that service.​

• This offer cannot be combined with any other Flow promotional offer​

• This offer is not transferable to any other person. ​

• Flow reserves the right to amend or discontinue this offer at any time.​

• The customer will be required to remain subscribed to the NEW Broadband plan for a minimum period of twelve (12) months. If the customer disconnects the service prior to the end of the twelve (12) months, they will be charged an early termination fee for the remaining months of the period.​

• The customer will be responsible for any repairs or upgrades to the mobile handset/tablet, that maybe required, after the mobile handset/tablet is received from Flow or its authorized agents. Flow standard device warranty applies.​

• This offer is limited to 1 handset + earbud per customer. ​

• Devices must be collected within 30 days​

• Standard billing for the Ya’ad & Road, Ya’ad & Road Plus will begin three (3) months after the customer’s service is installed. ​

• Customers who activate a Ya’ad & Road or Ya’ad & Road Plus and the move to the Internet Vital, Internet Extra plans cannot maintain the $1000 discount ​
