HOW TO ENTER
- Switch to Flow or purchase a 5 Day or higher Unlimited Talk, Text and Social mobile plan
- You will then receive a text message with a website link to participate in a virtual Run to Win game.
- Every customer that plays the game will automatically win an instant prize once they click ‘Tap to Start’ or if the game auto-plays.
- Each week the top 10 customers with the highest game scores will receive an additional prize of cash, tablet, smartphone or credit.
- In addition, customers that Switch to Flow and existing customers that activate a 5 Day or higher plan will automatically be entered into the pool of potential cash prize weekly winners.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility
- These Terms and Conditions govern the provisioning of the ‘Toppa Tappa Summa’ Summer promotion (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) to Existing Prepaid Mobile Customers who subscribe to a 5-Day and higher Unlimited Talk, Text and Social plan from FLOW and New Switching Prepaid Customers (herein referred to as “The Company”).
- This promotion is for the period July 5, 2023 to August 31, 2023.
- Entrants into the weekly Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- All Customers qualifying for the Toppa Tappa Summa Summer promotion will be enrolled and sent text messages via their mobile phones and may opt out by calling our contact center at 1-800-804-2994 and making a request to be removed from our promotional offers.
- Existing customers activating the Prepaid Unlimited Talk, Text and Social plan and new switching customers will receive a text link on their mobile phone that allows them to play a virtual Run to Win game to access instant prizes, leaderboard prizes and entries into a weekly draw.
- The number of entries into the weekly draw is determined by the value of the qualifying plan: For each eligible Prepaid plan purchased or activated, the customer will receive a single entry for every $200.
- The number of entries will be determined per transaction. Entries will not be allocated based on the total cost of separate transactions. E.g. The entry value is $200 which means that a transaction of $500 and another transaction of $500 will give the customer only 6 entries (3 per transaction), and not 5 from the spent total of $1,000. The general rule of rounding up is applied.
Instant Prizes
- Every customer that plays the game will automatically win an instant prize once ‘Tap to Start’ is selected or if the game auto-plays. If a customer does not pass the first hurdle, the auto prize in table 1 will automatically be rewarded. The further the customer advances through the phases in the game, the more attractive the prizes to be won. These prizes will be issued based on duration and how far a customer advances through the different phases.
- After playing the game, once the customer clicks to reveal the prize it will be automatically added to the customer’s account in the case of a data or credit prize. Once the process is successfully completed, a text message is sent to the customer’s mobile number to confirm the addition of the prize - detailing the benefit and duration.
- If the prize revealed is a Google Nest Mini, Smartwatch, Earbuds, Supermarket Voucher or Amazon Fire Stick, the customer will be called by a Flow Representative within 3 business days and advised how and when to collect his/her prize.
- Once the tangible prizes run out based on the stock available, customers will be rewarded a default prize.
Weekly Leaderboard Prizes
- Each week, the top 10 customers with the highest scores will receive an additional prize of cash, tablet, smartphone or credit.
- Customers can play as many times as they purchase an eligible plan to receive a high score.
- Leaderboard will reset each week of the promotion.
- Customers will receive a SMS the day after the closing date of the qualifying period confirming the prize won from the leaderboard.
- Customers can view their position on the leaderboard by selecting the hamburger in the upper right-hand corner of the gaming interface and by selecting “View Leaderboard” on the pop-up modal.
- If there is a tie with the time, the player who played first will be placed ahead of the other player.
- A customer cannot win a leaderboard prize more than once during the promotion. Past winners of leaderboard prizes will not be eligible to appear on the leaderboard again
Weekly Cash Prize
- Each week, one (1) winner will be drawn randomly from the pool of entries to win a cash prize of $250,000.
- A customer can only win the weekly cash prize once.
- A Random Selector software will be used to select the weekly winner.
- Weekly entries are not eligible for subsequent weekly draws unless the customer buys another plan and gets re-entered into the draw.
- A customer can win the weekly cash prize only once during the promotional period.
How to Claim Your Prize
- Each winner of tangible instant prizes, leaderboard prizes and the weekly cash prize will be sent a text message via their mobile phone advising them that they have won a prize, detailing the prize, and advising them that they will be called within 3 business days with information on how to collect their prize.
- Weekly Prize Collection
- Cash Prize: Cash prize winners will be advised to collect the relevant documents for payment to be made. They will also be invited to 2-6 Carlton Crescent, Kingston 10 where the submission of the documents and a symbolic cheque handover will be done. From there, their photo and video will be taken. Winners will be paid by direct deposit within 6 weeks after submission of all the relevant documents.
- Non-Cash prizes: Customers will be advised of the closest Redemption Center and arrangements will be made for the Customer to visit the location to collect their prize.
- The winner will be required to provide the following information when collecting their prize.
- Full Name
- Qualifying Mobile Number
- A valid government issued ID (Driver’s Licence, Passport or Voters ID)
- The mobile phone with the tangible prize confirmation SMS
- Every winner of the weekly prize will be required to collect their prize no later than fourteen (14) trading days (Monday to Saturday) from the date of contact by the Flow Representative or the prize will be forfeited.
- Every customer will be required to sign the prize receipt form upon collection of the prize.

New & Existing Prepaid Mobile Customers
- Existing Prepaid Customers who purchase an Unlimited Talk, Text and Social 5Day, 7Day, 14Day, 28Day or 30Day plan will receive a website link to a virtual Run to Win game to get an instant prize, a leaderboard prize and entries into the weekly draw.
- A switching customer is one who ports a Prepaid mobile service from Digicel to Flow
- New Prepaid Switching Customers will receive a free 30-Day Unlimited Talk, Text and Social plan making them eligible to receive a text message with a link to participate in a virtual Run to Win game.
- Once a player abruptly closes the game, it will result in the loss of a chance even if the athlete did not fall at a hurdle.
- The link will always be available for customers to play the game during the promotional period once a customer has never started the game using that link. However, if one of the chances is used by the player, the other chances must be used within 60 minutes.
- If “Redeem Prize” is not selected within the 60 minutes, the customer will automatically be rewarded for the highest number of seconds ran.
- After the customer falls, a modal is displayed for the customer to redeem the prize, try again or view the leaderboard. The modal also displays the chances left to play and the high score.
- Once a prize is redeemed, the prize is revealed and will be automatically added to your account in the case of a data or credit prize. Once the process is successfully completed, a text message is sent to your mobile number to confirm the addition of the prize - detailing the benefit and duration.
- If a tangible instant prize, a leaderboard prize or the weekly cash prize is won, you will receive a text message detailing your prize. You will also be called by a Flow Representative within 3 business days and advised how and when to collect your prize.
- The Prepaid data prize may be used for any data transaction: streaming, surfing, apps and more.
The Prepaid credit prize may be used for making calls, sending texts or plan purchases.
- All Prepaid prize of data or credit will be added to the customer’s account within 24 hours of selecting the promotion link, playing the game and claiming your prize.
- There is a limit of one link with the game per telephone number after each purchase of a qualifying prepaid plan, and customers can only benefit once from each link received for the instant and leaderboard prize.
- Upon expiration of the prize of data, prepaid customers will be billed at the standard PAYGO rates, where there is no active plan. If there is an active plan, data and voice usage will be decremented from the respective plan balance(s).
- For the prepaid data prize, a text notification is sent at 60%, 80% and 100% of usage.
If the customer has an active data/voice plan at the time the prize is added, the benefits of the prize will be used first. Once the prize benefits have been exhausted or have expired, usage will continue from the active prepaid plan.
- All prepaid prize are for local usage only and are not applicable while roaming.
General Conditions
- Customers must have a data enabled handset to participate.
- When contacted by telephone, if it rings without an answer for up to 1 minute, is busy after five (5) tries or goes directly to voicemail the winner will forfeit their claim to a prize.
- FLOW accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the FLOW collection centres).
- Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- FLOW accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by FLOW.
- FLOW retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available upon consultation with the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission.
- Flow shall not be liable for warranty for any of the prizes provided in this promotion.
- If a winner rejects the prize, or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited.
- Prize winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on FLOW’s reasonable request.
- The winner consents to the use by FLOW and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the promotion for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by FLOW and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the ‘Toppa Tappa Summa’ Summer promotion, all entrants consent to the same.
- FLOW shall use your personal data as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Toppa Tappa Summa Summer promotion, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Toppa Toppa Summa entry.
- By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive emails from FLOW containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
- FLOW accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Toppa Tappa Summa promotion or accepting the prize. FLOW further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or mobile device(s) relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Toppa Tappa Summa promotion.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of FLOW for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
- FLOW shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, pandemic, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
- FLOW reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Toppa Tappa Summa Summer promotion with or without prior notice (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of FLOW in all matters under its control is final and binding prior to approval from BGLC.
- Employees of Flow, its authorized dealers, auditors, business partners, any affiliates, and the immediate families of the above-named groups; that is their parents, spouse or children are ineligible for participation in this promotion.

- All customers who win a tangible prize, must confirm that they are over 18 in order to collect the tangible prize. The customer must present a valid government issued ID (Driver’s Licence, Voters ID or Passport) and the handset with the tangible prize confirmation SMS.

NOTIFICATION/REDEMPTION OF PRIZES
- Customers will be contacted by a Flow Representative within 3 business days (Monday – Friday) of receiving the prize text message and advised when and how to collect the prize.
- Once contacted, Non-Cash prize winners will be asked to select a redemption centre in which they can collect their prize. Cash Prize winners will be advised of the closest location to collect their cash prize.
- Customers will be asked to take with them a valid government issued ID (Driver’s Licence, Voters ID or Passport) and the handset with tangible prize confirmation SMS
- Customers are required to collect their prize within fourteen (14) trading days (Monday to Saturday) of receiving a call from a Flow rep or the prize will be forfeited.
- Flow will retain any prize not collected within the stipulated period.
- A maximum of five (5) calls will be made to the selected winners. If it rings without an answer for up to 1 minute, is busy after five (5) tries or goes directly to voicemail the winner will forfeit their claim to a prize
- A data or credit prize is considered claimed once “Redeem Prize” is selected revealing the prize won and the confirmation SMS is received. Once customer selects “Redeem Prize”, the prize will be assigned. If the customer has other chances left, they cannot be used again.
