Terms & Conditions 

1.  The special discount offers are available to new and existing residential customers, that sign-up to a Ya’ad & Road or Internet Vital plan between March 1- 31st 2023.  
2. The device offers are available to new and existing residential customers, that sign-up to a Ya’ad & Road, Ya’ad & Road Plus plan between March 1- 31st 2023.  
3. Customers that have unsubscribed to a Ya’ad & Road, Ya’ad & Road Plus, Internet Vital or Internet Extra plan within thirty (30) days of the start date of this promotion, are not eligible for this promotion.  
4. Standard billing for the Ya’ad & Road and Internet Vital plans will begin three (3) months after the customers service is installed.  
5. A ‘sign up’ is defined as the customer having paid any applicable fees and the services being installed.  
6. The customer will be required to remain subscribed to the Ya’ad & Road, Ya’ad & Road, Internet Vital or Internet Extra plan, for a minimum period of twelve (12) months. If the customer disconnects either service prior to the end of the twelve (12) months, they will be liable to pay an early termination fee for the remaining months of the period for the mobile handset/tablet. 
7. The customer will be responsible for any repairs or upgrades to the mobile handset/tablet, that maybe required, after the mobile handset/tablet is received from FLOW or its authorized agents. FLOW standard device warranty applies.  
8. This offer is limited to ONE handset/tablet device per account. Multi mobile customers are allowed TWO devices per account.  
9. Customers who sign up agree to pay the rates (inclusive of G.C.T. & Special Telephone Call Tax) applicable to that service.  
10. This offer CAN be combined with any other Flow promotional offer as determined by Flow.  
11. This offer is not transferable to any other person.  
12. Flow reserves the right to amend or discontinue this offer at any time.
