TERMS & CONDITIONS: YA’AD & ROAD

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern the provisioning of the “YA’AD & ROAD” service plan (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) to new and existing residential customers by FLOW (herein referred to as “The Company”).
  2. The Service is offered using our Fixed line and Postpaid Mobile networks.
  3. The Service is a bundled offer comprising Internet and Postpaid Mobile, which are subject to FLOW’s Fair Usage Policy located at www.discoverflow.co.
  4. The Service provides download speeds up to 100 Mbps and upload speeds ranging from up to 50 Mbps to up to 100Mbps, which may be applicable according to the availability in your location.
  5. The Service includes 10GB of Core (any use) mobile data, unlimited Social Media, unlimited YouTube and unlimited anywhere local calls & text.
  6. If the customers Mobile data usage exceeds the 10GB of core (any use) data included in the bundle, the customer can continue to use data at 2G speeds for the duration of their plan.
  7. This Service is available to customers in areas where Flow’s service is available.
  8. GCT & Special Telephone Call Tax are applicable.
  9. Flow reserves the right to amend the Service, pricing or discontinue this product at any time.
  10. FLOW Standard Terms & Conditions For Services, GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MOBILE SERVICE, MOBILE DATA TERMS AND CONDITIONS and Terms & Conditions - Prepaid and Postpaid Unlimited Talk, Text & Social Plans apply.
