How To Qualify?

The Flow Gift card is a personalized visa card issued by Flow in partnership with JMMB.

The card value depends on the promotional period in which you signed up for an eligible plan. Please feel free to contact us directly to confirm your card's value.

Starting November 8, 2024, the Cards can only be used at select supermarkets (Hilo, PriceSmart and MegaMart). You may use the card at one supermarket or across any combination of the three available options. Cards issued before this date can be used anywhere Visa cards are accepted, both locally and online.

You'll be notified via email and text message as soon as the card is ready for pick up.

At your nearest Flow store. If you are unsure of your card pick up store, please feel free to contact us.

Only the Flow account holder can collect the card, and they will be required to show proof with a valid government issued ID.

You can view your balance at JMMB ATMS or any Visa-certified ATM island wide, other bank ATMs may attract a fee.

No. The Card cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash, nor can the value be transferred.

Call JMMB at 888-429-5100, Press 1 and follow the activation instructions provided to create your unique security 4-digit PIN.

• The value of your card is based on the promotional period during which you signed up for the service.

• By participating in this promotion, You acknowledge and agree that Flow, its employees, agents, and representatives will process, use and disclose your personal data, including sensitive data such as biometric data (jointly "Personal Data") to JMMB for the purpose of entering into a contract for a Visa Card, in the event that you successfully meet the qualification criteria for promotional offer. • Upon your acceptance of JMMB's Cardholder Agreement, JMMB will become a Data Controller with respect to your Personal Data an it relates to your use of the Card and the Cardholder Agreement. • Customers must present a valid government issued ID to collect the Card.
• After receiving notification from Flow, customers have up to 30 days to pick up the Card in store. If the Card is not collected within the 30-day period, the Customer forfeits the Card benefit.
• The Card expires one (1) year after its date. of issue and any unused amount shall not be claimed by the cardholder after the Card's expiry date.
•  The Card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance. For such a transaction you will be required to pay the difference by another method.
• The Card is non-reloadable; additional value cannot be added to the Card. The Card cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash, nor can the value be transferred.
• The Card is issued by JMMB Bank (Jamaica) Limited. By activating and using the Card, the cardholder agrees to JMMB's Cardholder Agreement which can be found at https://bit.ly/JMMB-Flow
• The cardholder will be legally bound by the terms and conditions as set out by VISA. This information is available on the JMMB website at https://mimmb.com/our-services@card
• Customers will be required to remain subscribed to the new broadband plan (Ya'ad & Road or Ya'ad & Road Plus) for a minimum period of twelve (12) months. If the Customer disconnects the service prior to the end of the twelve(12) months, they will be charged an early termination fee for the remaining months.
