Compatible VoLTE Device
VoLTE stands for Voice over Long-Term Evolution or Voice over LTE. VoLTE offers the possibility to voice call via the LTE/4G* mobile network. It’s a real-time telephony service that provides modern voice calls with a better user experience, including HD voice quality.
If your device is VoLTE capable, you can switch it “ON” by following the steps below.
Android device
To turn on VoLTE, go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks and turn on VoLTE calls.
iPhones
To turn on VoLTE, go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options and turn on VoLTE or Enable LTE.
VoLTE icon is displayed in the notification bar when you are in a VoLTE coverage area. By device SW definition, VoLTE will come turned ON and VoWiFi turned OFF.

A supported SIM card (Thales LTE SIM Card). A VoLTE supported device with latest required software update. Make sure VoLTE, LTE, is enabled in device settings. LTE network for using VoLTE For Postpaid it is required a VoLTE CVP Plan. For Prepaid the customer will be provisioned automatically depending on the device and SIM tenure.
Yes, you can call anyone including those without VoLTE calling service.
No, currently the service is not available for Roaming Calls. All VoLTE voice calls made or received outside the home network will have Roaming charges.
If you are connected in a VoLTE call and move out from the LTE Network coverage, but there is 3G mobile network available or even if is possible that if are moving from LTE coverage to a Wi-Fi network coverage, then the call will not be dropped; the call will continue using the 3G mobile network.
Please make sure you have LTE coverage, that you have a supported device and SIM CARD and that you have LTE and VoLTE enabled in your device settings.

PREPAID: VoLTE is available for selected

Social Plans: 8GB ($3200) or the Unlimited ($4900) plans.
PREPAID: No, the service does not require a CVP Plan.
Yes, it is necessary to have a device that is VoLTE compatible. We have options within our device portfolio for this purpose.
If my existing device supports VoLTE or/and I have an applicable Unlimited Talk & Social plan, does it mean that I can use these services immediately?
Despite you meet any of the following conditions: already had subscribed in the past the valid CVP plans, have a compatible VoLTE device and compatible SIM CARD, it is always advisable you can contact customer care for more details. Remember you will require LTE coverage to use VoLTE.
Outgoing and incoming calls will be charged based on your current plan existing rates.
No, VoLTE Calls will be charged as your actual voice call and will not consume data.
